Who: Every adult FCA volunteer (who holds the position of Huddle Coach, Character Coach, or Leadership Board member)

What: Equipping our awesome FCA volunteers with the tools necessary to impact the world for Jesus Christ.

When: MARCH Madness. MLA and E3 training must be completed by March 31st.

Where: In the comfort of your own home – on your computer

Why: We believe that the new E3 training offers some wonderful insight and training to reach coaches, athletes, and students for the Lord.

The plan is simple, and we pray that each and every FCA Volunteer will rise to the challenge to be equipped with this new tool. 

Step 1: Fill out the Ministry Leadership Application – www.mla.fca.org (you may already have this step taken care of. If you don't know please contact us!)

Step 2: Complete E3 online training – www.fca.org/e3

Step 3: FCA will get you plugged in and connected with a certified ministry.
